Terms of Service

Your order is confirmed once payment has been received and you get a confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs; if that happens, you'll receive a full refund.

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are added at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

Each piece is hand-poured in small batches, so slight variations in colour, surface and scent strength are natural and not a defect. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but colours may look different on your screen.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from children and pets.
• Burn candles on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts and anything flammable.
• Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each use and burn for no more than 4 hours.
• Diffuser oils and room mists are not for skin contact or ingestion.

Please follow the care instructions supplied with each product.

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds policy, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
