Every order is packed by hand with recyclable materials and sent with a trusted courier.

Where we deliver
We currently deliver to street addresses across South Africa.
Processing time
Because we pour in small batches, orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery times
- Main centres: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
- Regional and outlying areas: 4 to 7 working days after dispatch.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Shipping costs
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. You'll always see the full cost before you pay.
Packaging
Glass vessels and diffuser bottles are wrapped and padded with recyclable paper so they arrive safely. If anything arrives damaged, see our returns page and we will replace it.
