• Order details, such as the products you buy and their price.
• Basic browsing information, such as pages visited and device type, to keep the store working well.

Payments are handled securely by our checkout provider. We never see or store your full card details.

• To process, deliver and support your orders.
• To reply to your questions and requests.
• To send you news and offers, only if you've chosen to receive them.
• To improve our store and prevent fraud.

We only share your information with the partners we need to run the store: our e-commerce and payment platform, and the courier delivering your parcel. We never sell your personal information.

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes, and other information only as long as it's useful to serve you.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
